Fred originates real estate loans on residential 1-4 units and income producing properties such as multifamily 5 + units, industrial, retail centers, office, mobile home parks, self storage, auto repair, hotel-motel and healthcare/seniors facilities.

We have developed wholesale/correspondent lender relationships throughout the United States. The number of active lenders range from 25 to 35 depending on borrower demands and market conditions. Since lender parameters are updated regularly, we can respond quickly to a borrower request.
